Project Management & Inspection
PMP-certified oversight across surveying, engineering, utility and contractor teams — keeping schedule, budget and stakeholders aligned from kickoff through closeout.
Overview
What a Project Management & Inspection actually involves
Most project failures are coordination failures, not technical ones. Project management is the discipline of making sure the survey, the engineering, the municipality, the utility companies and the contractor are working from the same information and the same schedule.
AXIS is led by a certified Project Management Professional, and acts as owner's representative on multi-discipline work — running the schedule, tracking cost and change orders, observing construction against the approved plans, and carrying the project through to as-built certification and closeout.
When you need one

Multi-discipline projects
When survey, engineering, utilities and construction all have to stay in step.
No in-house technical staff
Owners who need someone technical representing their interests, not the contractor's.
Schedule or budget slipping
Bringing tracking and accountability to a project that has lost them.
Closeout and occupancy
As-built certification and the documentation a municipality requires to sign off.
